About Us. My name is Greg and I'm an NJ- based Residential Home Builder and Remodeling Contractor. I have been in the construction industry for almost 30 years and I always had a passion for Architecture and Design. For the last 15 years, I have been doing designs for my own remodeling projects and during that time a lot has changed with the software & hardware, enabling me to create superior 3D photographic project visualizations and create 3D designs to fit each individual client and project. Now I produce quality 3D architectural layouts, 3D Renders and illustrations, 3D Modeling, and Virtual Project Walkthroughs.

About 5 years ago I decided to take this a little further and started providing 3D Design Services for  Homeowners and Industry Professionals like Contractors, Designers, and some Architects. I created a wide range of affordable 3D design packages, to make it easier for you to turn your sketches or 2D drawings into compelling 3D realistic images, Renderings, or  3D Models, allowing you to envision your project more clearly and know exactly what the final outcome of your project will be before construction begins.

Since I started providing 3D Layout services, I have been having great success not only locally but nationwide through the use of GoToMeeting sessions online.
